Guided tours

De Haar Castle is open to the public. Visitors wishing to see the interior of the castle are invited to take a guided tour. During this tour, which lasts about an hour, you can admire the many works of art the castle boasts. Our guides will tell you everything you need to know about the castle’s architectural history, its interior and collection and about the special relationship with the Van Zuylen family. The castle has a cosmopolitan grandeur unique to the Netherlands.

Guided tours are open to a limited number of visitors. The tours are organised every day except during our activities, January 1, April 30 and December 25 and can be booked in advance by telephone.

We offer special children’s tours on Wednesday and weekends for children of all ages. Parents and guardians are also welcome on these tours!

The guided tours of De Haar Castle and the children’s tours are available in Dutch only. On Sundays we offer a Guided tour in English.
